Every college students faces the very hard part of adjustment. Freshmen students are the most critical stage of college life for ti is the phase of transition from the life of high school to college. Some can adjust easily because of the focus and perseverance they have. While on the other hand, some are still having a hard time to cope with the college and these are the ones who get their strength and enjoyment from peers. As a result some failed academically because of peer pressure. A student whose academic performance is weak may be placed on the probation list until he or she shows satisfactory improvement.
